Hi all,

I was just wondering how many hours the average Warrior has of 'Screen Time' each day/week?

Do you feel that sitting for hours in front of a screen can affect your physical and mental health?

I have met a few people that have become slightly agoraphobic or lacking in social skills and I am wondering how much of this is down to being stuck in front of a PC or TV screen...

I would be interested in the thoughts of other warriors.

My interest in this was sparked by the following article that I read last week.

So, does Twitter give you cancer? We've read the study... (updated) | Technology | guardian.co.uk

Cancer I don't know, but sitting in front of a computer for so many years clearly messed my spine up, my shoulders etc.

You better exercise often, what I don't do of course...

There are many ailments associated with having a sedentary life style - add to that the fixed focal requirements of your eyes, the unusual lengthily held position of your head and incorrect posture and you can add inflamation of nerves and eye strain to the list.

I suppose it can be claimed that using a computer for any length of time can give you cancer but, let's face it, according to experts (used to be drips but now under pressure) opinion, EVERYTHING can give you cancer.

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.

Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies!
