Drupal to WordPress Conversion Theme

I hope I'll get definite help from my fellow warriors because I know they are professional and very experience.
One of my friend have website Raleigh Durham Plumber, Heating, Air & Electrical Service | Progressive Plumbing & Drains this site build in Drupal. Now he want to switch to WordPress.
The problem is, he want to reproduce the same site near to exact theme.
Anyone knows a good theme similar to this site. Color and Images will be modified. I am concern with the template style and structure.
If I need to hire someone to design this theme for WordPress. How much it would cost me.
