I actually like it very much. I was able to immediately connect the visual with lucid dreaming. Very professional and relevant.

I do have one question though: what is the man holding in his hand? Is that a cane?

That's a terrific e-book cover fin.

One little aspect I love about it is the thinness. I don't know why. It just looks great that way lol.

I know this methods old, but it's one of my favorites, just for the people who maybe don't know how you can wake up in your dream.

You can't read a digital watch in a dream. The part of your brain that deals with it is sleeping.

So you perform a reality check during the day (lots). Keep looking at your digital watch and asking yourself if you are dreaming. Do it more than once to prevent a false reading.

So your subconscious develops a habit and you automatically check your watch when you are dreaming. You are already conditioned to ask yourself if you are dreaming and you notice you can't read the watch.

You become conscious and wake up inside the dream.

Anyway, my freebie book is just to teach people how to do it, then methods to stay in the dream without waking up.

One of my next books will be about using the dream for creative purposes, because you have a direct line to your subconscious mind - the underground genius

The cover looks great Fin! In addition to IM, I also play music. My brother and I have recorded a CD and there is a song called Caffeine and Alcohol and one of the lines in it is "Lucid Dreams of my self conscious....Will I see the dawn?" Anyway, that is what popped into my head when I saw the title!

Very beautiful and professional.

This is definitely a winner.

Perhaps remove the white band across the bottom where you name is because you already have the reflection. With the white band it looks like the reflection of the reflection.... Everything above that is PERFECT.

Great work overall. Definitely much better than the one I outsourced to Fiverr.

9.5 out of ten.

Very nice design.
The only thing I would change are the lamps. The white brushed dots are not that nice in my opinion, some don't have lamps behind them.
Overall rating - 8!
(It's because the focus (mines at least) goes pretty fast to the lamps, due to the contrast and positioning.)

Very cool cover and interesting subject! I've been an avid lucid dreamer for a few months now, maybe closer to a year. This new skill has opened so many doors for me and my business. How? It's really weird but you'll get questioned answered and can have a problem solved by the time you wake up.

Fin- Do you go over herbs that increase lucidity? I've had good luck with celestrial seed and mugwort.

No, I don't go over herbs in the book. It's really just a beginners book.

I've tried Calea Zacatechichi or whatever it's called. I smoked it and found myself sleeping at the door, lol. It's good, but next time I'll take the pills.

I sometimes use Galantamine and Choline which is good for Wild's.

I find that if I mediate at night I can almost have lucid dreams every time. If you don't meditate I'd definitely start practicing. It's also great for Wild's and Dild's.
