Most In Demand PLR Topics

I am just starting a PLR writing service and was wondering which topics are most in demand. I'd like to start out with at least 10 different packs and I figure they should be those which are most in demand.

I'd love to hear from either current PLR authors about what they sell most of or people who are interested in buying them with what they want.

    There are lots of in-demand niches. I recommend taking a look at Warrior Plus and JV Zoo as an affiliate and checking out the stats for the PLR products already on sale - you can get a rough idea on what niches are selling best.

    That said, there are a huge number of factors involved. When you have a good following and decent list you'll make sales every time you release a new pack.

    It might not be answering your question, but here's my request.

    What I would love to see is more premium PLRs offered to the
    people with email lists and membership sites.

    I don't buy inexpensive PLRs sold to mass market. I only go after ones
    with high minimum resale price. The higher the better for me.

    I know this takes time for the vendor to create them, but if
    you can add value to your PLR and can sell it for premium price
    so there will be less competitions for me, I would love your
    PLRs.

    I have bought over $1000 worth of PLR in the last year alone
    and actually use them. I take them apart and recreate them,
    add lots of extras and make them physical products.

    I would love to see more premium PLR in the market.
    You might sell less, but if you could sell each
    PLR for $150, it might be worth your time. There will be
    buyers!
