Do you use Facebook ? Then you can make money just by inviting people to a Facebook group ! It's called the Instant Income System. How cool is that?

I've made a google search on that name and got to the official website right away...
Now I don't know what it's worth I've never used it. But if you want to buy it you'll find it easily.
Given the name though, if it's from before Penguin, I'd stay away if I were you... Be very careful and make sure it's not about any black-hat technique you'd regret it in the end. There are several threads about Penguin here look for them you'll understand what I mean.
