Payment processor for Latin America?

Hi all,
I'm soon going to be setting up a Spanish language dog training membership site. I currently have an English language dog training membership site and I use 1shopping cart and authorize.net to take payment. Most of my customers are from the US and Canada.

Who knows where most of my orders will come from with the new site but I'm guessing based on income levels and population levels that Mexico, Spain, Chile, Argentina, and Columbia are going to see the bulk of the orders.

With that in mind, I'm curious if anyone can point me in the right direction if you've sold in those markets. Should I use a credit card payment processor? Am I better off with just using PayPal? Any other ideas?

Thanks.

Even though Latin American countries have seen an increase in internet expenditures through credit cards, it would be a good option if you implement money orders through MoneyGram or Western Union. In these countries there are a lot of people that do not have a credit card, and the ones that have are afraid to use it due to security. Hope it helps.
