Anyone using SupportPress as a support/help desk?
I just finished installing this theme on one of my sites and started playing around with it.
It looks quite cool and has that "modern"/"web 2.0" feeling to it, not the old support desk feeling.
But I also encountered a few problems so far. Whenever I respond to any ticket (as a support agent), the person who opened the ticket automatically gets an e-mail with my personal information, such as IP, personal e-mail, etc. and I've got no idea how to turn that off.
Also, I'd love if you could add a field when opening tickets, so that clients can select which product/service they are talking about.
What's your experience with this theme?
