Hi warriors,
Everyone already knows that Alertpay moved to Payza, they said they brought some nice features, I don't know what they mean about this.
Now they verify the sites before selling any item. Here is my problem.

1. How to create an extra field like Paypal, where user can email me about their demand related to products I am selling.
Currently Payza got extra field option, but it's not working.

2. I am selling some items in Getdpd.com and want to accept payment through payza, but as I said, now they verify the site, getdpd gives me an unique URL, when I click to Checkout, it says "We apologize for the inconvenience, This merchant is not able to accept payment through payza at this time, Thank you for understanding".
That means all unverified site will show the same message, only it will be applicable on my verified site which I submitted to Payza.
Is there any solution to resolve this matter? because I am barely need this option.

Thanks and any help will be appreciated.

They are closed now, that's why I posted here, I thought warriors can give me a great answer. If not solved today, I have to call tomorrow at office time.

    payza.com looks total CRAP.

Every time you contact them (via email) they say we are experiencing high volume of support tickets and then they seldom reply.

Check out their twitter page and see for yourself how angry people are with their service.

I also have some amount blocked in their system. I trusted them and transferred money when they were Alertpay.com but now my money is blocked and I can't make a payment, can withdraw etc. using payza.com

    Not recommended.

I am also get ripped off this Payza. There customer support is horrible and the reply you get is totally system generated. I suggest just leave him and move to any other alternatives. Let me Guess, you can opt for Skrill or 2checkout.

Try to verify your account. If not, try with Skrill or SolidTrustPay (STP ).

It's been a while since I've contacted them but they've always gotten back to me in a timely manner. But it doesn't matter anymore apparently as they (temporarily/permanently?) can no longer serve the US market

Ummm, verifying your account won't do any good - it's just not available to US customers anymore.

Payza is now closed to US members. If you are in the US, log into your account and you will see that they no longer process payments or basically do anything for US members. Furthermore, if you had any funds in there they are now likely frozen. I guess Obopay, the company that facilitated the transmission of money in the U.S. on behalf of Payza’s members, had their funds seized and is under investigation. If you are outside the US it may be business as usual, but I know that US members are now out in the cold it seems.
