Can anyone recommend any good quality, MRR list building course, preferrably in video format?

I don't know what courses you need on this - it's all just common sense and research on your own. Figure out how to setup Aweber etc.. Some sites I follow though:

Email Marketing Insights from Bronto Software | Bronto Software

What you need to do to build a killer list is get traffic to your site and opt-in pages. Get a good opt-in script (WP Subscribers, Popup Domination, Action Optin etc.), learn Aweber inside and out (deliverability, segmenting your email list, creating a buyers list vs prospects lists and using automation).

If you can do the above you got the training you need. It's really just a matter of getting good traffic (JVs, PPC, SEO) to your opt-in page now!

I'd check out Mark Lareau and Jason Parker on the WSO section. They usually sell private label rights stuff, just check the licence to see what you can do with it.

From memory they have stuff on traffic and sales funnels (which is list building with a monetization twist).

i don`t know any MRR products but i would try and put something together yourself instead

it will give you much more credibility and make it much more valuable too :-)

I think your best bet is to do a little bit of research on this forum and then try and test things out keep on tracking how many people come to your squeeze page and how many of them convert onto your list and keep tweaking things until you get a good conversion rate that you are happy with.
