How to Learn Optimize Press

Help! My web designer won't return my emails and I have no idea what the optimize press username and password is for the license he bought me. When I tried to activate customer support on the optimize press site, it says I need a username and password to do it! Does anyone know how I can access some help? I spent a lot of money with this web designer and now I am stuck!

    You have to contact your web designer to get the username and password. Only then you can access the members area to get the support and tutorials.
