What Strategies Do You Use To Get More Traffic?

Being a blog reseller, I am constantly creating new blogs. Having the problem of getting them ranked over and over again, my buyers want to see traffic coming in every day. I am always on the lookout for new strategies on how to get fast traffic...but the right kind of traffic too. (WhiteHat)

Now, I understand, that most of you one here probably already know a whole lot more than I do about this, I don't profess to be a pro at this, however, I will share a great tip on how I get traffic to a new blog simply overnight.

I feel that this is so good that I have written a blog post about it called Boost Your Social Media Traffic. Here I explain how Twitter can be used to manipulate social media traffic overnight. Now, if you don't have a lot of Twitter followers, this will still work becuase of the use of keywords. Anyway, look forward to some interesting answers to this.

    Hi,

Drive organic traffic is a good idea for blogger. To get it, you need to optimize your on-page SEO (meta keyword, meta title, meta desc, etc). Then you need to optimize off-page SEO (backlink, social bookmarking, etc)

You can use paid or free ads to drive fast traffic, or use SEO software. I think they are available in large number in this forum. Just search it.

I would think it depends on how long you work on these blogs. SEO traffic from ranking (at least the natural SEO Google likes) will take time and back links from authority sites. Paid traffic (such as banner ads, adwords, and solo ads) is great for a well converting offer, but is a waste to send to a blog.

Posting to related forums about your blog can bring in traffic. It's very tedious and time consuming though. I'm also not sure how the visitors would like a change of author after the sale..

I guess I'm just thinking that it seems incredibly hard to have a blog pulling traffic that you can hand off to someone. SEO ranking seems the most stable, but it's probably the hardest and longest term.

Do these blogs keep their traffic for the new owner? I'm guessing this is like blog flipping?
