Hello,

I am just getting into blogging. Which is better Blogger or Wordpress ?

I have a domain name for the blog I want to create.

I do have websites with Hostgator.

Hi there,

Wordpress, without a doubt.

You have complete control over your website and can pretty much do anything you want with it.

You can change the theme at a click of a button, add plugins to add functionality, e.g. Adsense, social networking, etc etc and so much more.

To me it's a no brainer, it's much better to own your own website and have full control over it.

Wordpress of course. Like the others say, you have much more control.

I have several sites, and don't mind paying the domain fees or the server fees.

Besides, don't you get "found" by google more if you use wordpress on your OWN server?
