DCWG | DNS Changer Working Group
This has been on the news but hasn't gotten wide coverage. DNS malware began on Nov 9 but a temporary fix kept it from disrupting internet service - the fix expires on July 9.
News reports say infected computers may lose internet access July 9 - you can go to the link above to check and get a fix if needed.
This is a global problem apparently.

Edit: Being the cautious, skeptical person I am, I checked this on my own computers and then ran scans to make sure the "check" didn't do anything. The site link above does not require installing anything on your system.
