Video Conversion

Hi All!

I have a problem. I run Macs and I was emailed wmv files to edit. I cannot get the videos to open. DOes anyone know of a free video converter? I would need the files to be either avi or m4v.

Hi Matt,

I haven't found any free conversion software for the Mac that will convert WMV. There are a lot of free conversion programs. I use MPEG Streamclip mostly. But when you start working with WMV, even the free software tells you that you need to install the Flip4Mac converter, which I think costs about $49.
