Slow loading videos with AWS and EZ video Player?

I noticed that if I havent viewed a site in a bit the videos take super long to load with AWS and eazy video player. Is this normal or is there any way to speed this up?

    My guess is you've encoded the videos with too high of a bitrate so they might take longer to load with a slower connection.

        Not how big as in how long... how big as in bit rate and file size.

          But I dont see how that should matter. If I go on the site multiple times a day it loads super quick. Then if i check back like a week later it takes forever to load the spinning thing stops for a while then it finally loads! The amount of time between views is def a factor! I could be wrong maybe the file is too big or the bit rate is wrong but how would that explaine the times that it loads quickly?

            What matters is, you didn't give this info before. The more info you give, the better responses you'll get.

    They are mp4 and i think the bit rate is 700. I did it with handbrake. Is this too high for powerpoint presentation. No one ever gave me which bitrate to use for powerpoint or real life videos. Does anyone know and is this the problem? It seems that if i visit the site alot it loads quicker then if i havent viewed it in a while!

    Im still having these problems does anyone know whats up? I just went to the site and it took like 10 seconds to load then I clicked back and went again and it loaded instantly! I wanna buy some traffic to it but want to fix it first. Any ideas or who could I get to look into this?!
