Offline to Online questions- Need help

Hey all, I have a few questions and am looking for some guidance. I have an offline client that has a few (4-6) unique and very niche products (boat owners for example) and has given me an opportunity to help him sell the product and compound his own effort. He is focusing on very large companies to sell volume too (under a different label) and I am going to be targeting the 1 off sales to everyday folks like myself.

It is a physical product.
Retail prices would range $20-$25

I am looking to take this product online and create an affiliate program and offer an opportunity to affiliates. I am an offline guy though and havent done really anything in the Internet marketing aspect other then a few small e-commerce sites.

How would you go about doing this if you were given the opportunity?
Is there a place to sell physical products for affiliates?
If you were an affiliate selling this product, How can I make it easy for you to sell the product?
Is it even worth it for an affiliate at the retail price listed?
Would kind of percentage would an affiliate be looking to make? $20 would be retail, Would $4 or 5 a bottle be fair to give per sale?

Just trying to see if it would be worthwhile. My gut says there is $ to be made, just trying to work it out.
