ViralinBox Link problem

Fellow Warriors:

Does anyone use ViralinBox to push traffic? I cannot make my links activate once loaded into VIB.

Nothing in the training vids and VIB has not responded in 4 days.

Does anyone have an answer for the problem? Sure appreciate your time.

PS: Customer service is really lacking in the IM industry - very sadly.

    Frank Bauer here, co-founder of ViralinBox. What is your helpdesk ticket # in Colin's helpdesk at Reply2Colin Dot Com? I can personally look into this once I have your ticket ID#.

    Our staff usually replies to all tickets within 24 hours. Make sure you login your helpdesk account to read their reply to your ticket in case you didn't receive the email notification of their reply.

    yes we reply to all tickets within 24 business hours, so you would have got a reply, the email might be in your spam. Please login to the helpdesk with the info sent in the ticket confirmation email and you will see the reply.
