Macmani, if you can't develop the single-minded discipline to FOCUS, you will never get to that next level.

Look at the highest paid people in every field in the world: sport, business, the arts etc - do they seem like bored, restless dabblers skipping from one thing to another?

No, they are more like borderline obsessives that keep going deeper and deeper into their areas through LIFETIME commitment.

For example, why not set yourself the serious goal of becoming the BIGGEST sport/concert ticket affiliate seller in the world within 1 year?

A goal like that will give you focus.

Success = inch wide, mile deep NOT inch deep, mile wide (most people fall into the latter type).

Stop reading "the next big thing" and focus on what you have right now. You already proven that you can make money so improve it. Just give more focus. There is no magic.... you know you can do it, just a little more push...

There are some "products" "out there" that help you keep focus. You don't find them in the WSO forum though . I highly recommend paraliminals (google it). HTH.

You have undoubtedly touched on the biggest problem with entrepreneurship. Having a single minded focus is the battle we all face. My advice? Get off all lists and stop looking at every WSO that comes down the pipe. Concentrate on Kindle as it is a great business model. I wish you luck...

If you want to consistently make money, you MUST be consistently implementing profit producing strategies. Everything else is just noise. 80% traffic generating 20% learning when starting out. Create systems out of what's working for you and throw out what isn't. Set a 30 day challenge where you focus solely on 2 -3 traffic generating tasks and implement them to the letter until the 30 days are up. Throw out what hasn't worked and keep what did. Move on to the next 30 days. After a couple of months you should have a few strategies that work. Scale up and keep moving forward. It's not rocket science. Stop wasting time jumping around. Focus Focus Focus, and discipline yourself to work when your online. Stop AVOIDING work and get it bloody done.

Its obvious to me why! you are spreading yourself too thin! thats several little revenues you have there which is good! however you simply will not have the time in a day to master each one! Look at your earnings with Kindle!!....concentrate on that until you are earning that amount every month, learn how you can scale or outsource and then focus on mainly your ticket sales business, again can you outsource? if so scale it up, and then focus on the next one!

Theres nothing wrong with having your fingers in many pies, in fact its what most recomend, BUT you have to get one going at a time and you can't do everthing on your own so alway consider the power of outsourcing! for 8 months, you're doing better than most!

How about outsourcing some of your repetive tasks?? Then you can work on 2 things at once?

it sounds to me like your spreading yourself too thin

the best thing to do is focus on 1 method and 1 method only nothing else

focus on 1 method until your making a good income and then you can move on

doing this will give you 2 massive advantages

1. you will be creating a lot more income online which you can then afford to invest some back into your business

2. you can then create a product and start building a list based around the success you have had with that method. Build a list and create a good product or you could create the product first then build your list, thats up to you

but this all starts with you focusing on 1 method

this was what i did around 2 years ago with adsense and amazon, i then started building a list created a product and not looked back since

I feel ya, that's always been my problem too - and pretty much every new marketers problem.

You should be proud of your successes so far man - seriously over 90% of people trying to do the things we do fail to make a DIME in their first year. You've made many hundreds in just 8 months - that's pretty darn successful to begin with.

The things you have succeeded with - you need to do the same thing but BIGGER. Scale THOSE up until you have a comfortable income coming in - THEN start ONE project at a time moving into new arenas that could be the WIN.

If it fails, ditch it, if it succeeds, scale it up -

and someday you will have enough income coming in that you can Focus on what you WANT to do as a marketer vs what is profitable at the moment.

THAT is when you will Explode with Success!

In my opinion, what you're experiencing AS OF THE MOMENT is quite normal and is experienced by almost everyone doing IM. As I've said with other people, don't get blinded by "get rich quick" ideas/schemes just do what you do and I'm glad that you said that you're basically still working hard. In IM, it is usually just some seasonal/special day income and, therefore, its quite hard or even rare to have a high and stable income. Those who have high and stable incomes are probably the ones who made good with some opportunities that popped up in the past.

The best thing for you to do is be ready. When I say "be ready" is to always find ways to better yourself by finding or developing new strategies, plans and even back-up plans. The way to break the "cycle" you say of is to be able to catch an opportunity just as it pops up because we all know that opportunities only come once in every certain period of time but there are a lot of people desperately waiting to catch it. That's why you must be ready and quick.

rather than just buying the new wso focus on what you want to accomplish and what you need to do it. then if that special plugin or wso comes along that will help you accomplish the goal buy it. if not don't buy anything.

the other thing you need to do is rinse and repeat with the successes you've already had.
last thing focus, focus I think is the Magic and I think others don't explain it well. anyway, I'm just starting to grasp it a little better. It's not just the focus on 1 thing it is also understanding that you don't need anything else and nothing else exists. it's not about competing with other Marketers or businesses, but the focus is on what you are doing, you are creating your Reality not theirs. The only real competition out there is yourself.

I don't know if you saw that matrix movie, but there is a part in there where the kid talks about bending the spoon. "Don't try to bend the spoon, that's impossible".
Learn to Rinse & Repeat = Bend Yourself. Focus = because everything else doesn't exist except what's right in front of you. Realize this whether you are successful or fail the masses really could care less. Not one seller of a WSO ever asked me if I were making money yet. The only thing they have ever done is asked if I had any questions, on what they were teaching.

Macmani, how long did it take you to make any kind of money online? Are you feeling discouraged because it took you a long while (years) to make some money online?

since you have tried so many things and they all seem to work somehow, why don't you identify one that is most lucrative/efficient to you? Then unsubscribe from all marketers just to get yourself focus.

Since you are able to make money though small, in every venture you touched, is a pointer that if you can streamline and focus one or two of your ventures, concentrate and refuse to be detracted by the next beckoning shining venture, you will realize your desied move to the next higher level in your business. Arise & Shine !
