Is hddn.com fast enough?

Has anyone used hddn.com to host videos?
I have a client who currently uses them, but their video seems to load slowly.
Looking to see whether it's the host or the format of the video.

    It could be any number of things causing the videos to load slowly. I would however, recommend Amazon for streaming videos.
