I have got my free offer, autoresponder, hosting, domain and have a product to sell.

It is all ready to be set up as a squeeze page, but once set up I have no money to pay for traffic.

It is in a popular niche, so I am looking for advice on what to do next to build traffic.

Any advice would be very welcome as I am pretty desperate to make money. I will my arse off to make this work and just need some advice on driving targeted traffic quickly and free of course for now.

Thanks in advance!

regards

Well since you have no money for traffic. There are some good free traffic sources. The free ones however may take some time to kick in but:

-Facebook or any social networking sites
-seo traffic (optimize your website for the search engines)
-forum traffic (pick different forums within you niche, and add a sig file)
-youtube traffic (create a video for your niche, add squeeze page link in descruption)
-article marketing (many say it is dead, but truth is still works wonders)
-blogging (build wordpress and blogger blogs and post every day or every other day about your niche using different keywords and research LSI keywords)

Again some of those take time to build but once you build them they can be good traffic sources.

Then once you start making a little money you can start solo ads and even ppc and ppv.

    Goodluck..

Depending on your niche - because of your lack of budget: I strongly recommend offline marketing.

Use the good old tactic of printing advertisement leaflets. Nothing flashy. You can fit 2 for example on one A4 sized piece of paper. Print off as many as you can afford then get out there and deliver them through doors.

It's nothing flashy or classy, but it is a marketing strategy that works.

Spend some time on the wording and design of your advert, make an impressive impact with it.

Remember to stay organized. Get a map out and mark off the areas you are going to deliver to and fill out on the map the areas which have been completed and don't stop until you run out of roads, houses or budget.

People seriously underestimate this form of marketing - or - they pay expensive prices for somebody else to do the design, print and distribution.

If you're working this alone on a tight budget, you can achieve a lot with a little money. (It's good to get out and about walking as well )

Otherwise - it really does depend on the niche you are entering.

But, forum marketing, free ads (craigslist, gumtree, etc.), facebook marketing etc. are all good options for gaining traffic.

I hope my answer was helpful, let me know if you need anything further.

    Peace,

First, it's good that you have everything ready, but you never mentioned about the "sales funnel" - which is the MOST important element in list building and maximizing your profit for each of the leads you get. Make sure you have a solid funnel that grabs your lead every time they want to leave.

The second is that, fix the link in your signature, in fact, link to your squeeze page with an eye-catchy signature.

The third, for generating free traffic quickly, you may want to refer to any of these threads:

Are you good in writing? Submit articles with your domain. You can start your Internet business in very low cost but it's takes longer time.

    Hi Blueclcl!

Yeah anything that is FREE usually takes time my friend but is well worth the wait.

I recently posted something regarding purchasing solo ads as a way of getting fast, targeted traffic to your offers etc.

It goes into the early days of my paid advertising ventures and discusses how I cut back on some of my weekly splurges so I could pay for traffic to direct towards my business.

    Here is the link: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post6976207

I use FaceBook, Blogging and forums mainly to drive FREE and PAID traffic but also buy Solo Ads as a paid way to get targeted traffic also.

Hope this helps and feel free to download the FREE traffic report below my friend!!!

My domain name is already set up, should I set up the squueze page on a sub domain or just link to it from the home page of blog? or both?

Thinking about setting it up a sub domain, is this the best way?

I usually do my squeeze pages as such:

      examplemaindomainv .com /titleofsqueezepage

In other words, I do exactly what you are thinking in building all of my squeeze pages as subdomains as my main website.

Edit: had to make the example URL look 'funny' in order to get it through the 15-posts-to-add-a-link filter.

    Hi blueclcl,

First you should take a look at this post and read the OP's posts on what he's doing to rank new sites with SE traffic, and try that approach by adding a subscribe box in your pages vs. a straight squeeze page. I think he gives some great tips and very doable steps.....http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...500-today.html

If you need to make money ASAP, getting free traffic to an offer is not going to be the quickest way in solving your money problems. Even if you do manage to get quite a bit of traffic to it, you'll need time to test, tweak and adjust things to properly optimize your offer. Again, probably not fast enough for you..

So read this thread by Paul Myers http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...desperate.html and maybe you can come up with some ways to get some fast cash to properly build up your offer.

As far as getting quick "free" traffic to your offer, squeezing traffic from google owned properties and squidoo is where all the honey is right now "IF" you know what you're doing.

    Best of luck,

    Adam
