View Facebook Page Posts On HTML Websites

Hi - I've done a bit of searching around, but can't seem to find a simple way to display a feed from a Facebook Page timeline on a basic HTML website. I've looked at HTML to RSS conversion, but these feeds either don't work, or need a lot of filtering. I've also looked at creating a Facebook App - this might be ok, but again seems a bit time consuming. I'm hoping I'm missing something obvious here, because I think it should be a simple job! :confused:

Any thoughts on this are most welcome,
