INTERNET MARKETING

I bought this a while ago with the intention of developing a video game for it.
Never happened.

According to the GKWT, the term "man blood" gets about 50k searches per month.

Any suggestions on what to do with it?

I would say use it for something useful. I am not sure why previous comments were to use it for gay. (I don't see the magical link between gay and man blood).

Why don't you use it for something useful (medical blog about men blood and disease), health niche ? could be about anything related to men health.

sounds like something around the health niche to me - maybe something like a database for blood donors and medical centers that need blood transfusions?

when I read the title my first thought was this is either a game, or a comic book.

I do like the idea about using it for the health niche.

Or you could take advantage of how most men love blood and guts, and put up clips of fights, wrestling, skateboarding fails, basically a blood and gore site.

All for entertainment purposes of course and then setup ads once you get enough followers.

Looking at the SERPs for the term at the moment, there's no real constant, and very low competition (but also a very low search volume), so you'd be better off branding a site with that name.

Man Blood could be something about being an Alpha male, which could lead onto dating advice. As I'm sure you know, this is a very popular market.
but the domain and the name itself won't yield much traffic off the bat.

  You're asking the wrong question. The question is, what are the 50,000 searching for. And as someone else pointed out, exact match was zilch so it may not be worth anything.
  
  The first results are all biblical references and there are no Adwords so that tells you a lot about its worth.

Make it a medical site... regarding blood tests, where to get them, what to look for... etc.

Something in the health/medical field.

Or even a health/self-improvement product. A product like that with the domain ManBlood.com would be badass!
