Best Training to enter the WSO Launch World

I've been involved in SEO/offline consulting/affiliate sites for 6 years and want to Google-proof my business by learning more about product creation/WSO launches. I have some ideas about info products I could develop.

Like anything else, I understand the training options range from $10 one-time PDFs to $5,000 coaching programs. The thing is I am already self-motivated and don't feel the need to be hand held. I am starting from scratch with listing building.

What sequence of lower-cost training programs would you recommend I start with to learn product research/creation, WSO promotion, affiliate recruiting, avoiding pitfalls, etc?

Many Thanks

Lol @ $10 one time PDFs

    "Lower-cost training programs"

None of them. No one who has real value to share is going to share their secrets or information with you for pennies or $7 as we've popularly seen on the WSO section. I browse it now and again, and see the different prices of some of them for a good laugh.

If you want good and valuable information, you'll have to pay the price tag that comes with it.

The fact is, people who are making that kind of money and can offer you real coaching, have to charge you a high price tag so that they can take time out of doing what they do to teach you to make money.

Thanks for the tips! Well, I was just on a webinar by Dean Holland last night, but am not sure I could afford the personal coaching price tag.

I guess I was hoping there would be parallels with the SEO product world where SEO gurus commanding good money share their wisdom for under $17 one-time. Same thing with social media training with Tina Williams where she is sharing her time and wisdom in 2 weeks of daily webinars for $8 even though she commands 5 figures per contract.

I agree with Corey on proper training not being cheap.

However, I'll be a bit more helpful and tell you to go to JVNotifypro.com and sign up to promote some up and coming product launches.

Reverse engineer what the big boys are doing and learn from their sequence.

You can spend as much- or as little- as you want on courses and mentoring.

Here are a few things to keep in mind though-

    1) What works for someone else might not work for you
    2) If you don't do things YOUR way, you might not want to stick to them
    3) You will ALWAYS be learning, so you have to decide a certain point to start taking action
    4) The War Room has enough stuff for a $37 investment that you'll never have to buy another WSO again

      thanks Justin
I agree with all your points and especially #3. Imperfect action always trumps perfect inaction!

Are you referring to any particular $37 WSO here that offfers product creation & launch training?
