Hi warriors,

I build a niche site months back and I was wondering if you could help me in regards to the layout, ads placement and the content, in general let me know what do you think and what will you change.

    I have never heard this word before

    English I guess:

    stockists - definition of stockists by the Free Online Dictionary, Thesaurus and Encyclopedia.

    To start off with, almost 100% of your 'above-the-fold' is Google Adsense, which is not going to go down well with Google, neither is it a good experience for any visitors to your site.

    The keyword 'hotter shoes' is repeated far too many times - I counted 36 or 37 times, which is going to increase your chances of being targeted as a low-quality EMD.

      Try to see if you can make your site a little more pleasing on the eye. More eye catching images may be the way to go.

    Too many ads above the fold, the layout is mind numbingly tedious, it doesn't look professional, no pictures ... want me to go on?

    I don't know what Hottest shoes are - sounds like a grammar error to my OCD, but I imagine they are a high end fashion shoe or at least a fashion shoe, in which case should your site look swanky and cool so people get the impression the shoes are a must have? Your site currently looks like an Oxfam store and unfortunately my impression of the shoes from looking at your site is that they are cheap and poor quality.

    The keyword Hottest Shoes has just 46 searches in the UK a month and only 480 worldwide with a CPC of £0.71, which is poor. The keyword Hottest Shoes Stockest doesn't even register in the google keyword tool.

    The Adsense ads are poorly blended in and out of 8 ads above the fold only 3 were relevant to your niche, meaning your CTR is going to be minimal.

    Has this site made you any money? If not then personally I'd let it expire and move on as there doesn't seem to any traffic worth having for this keyword and you are unlikely to earn a lot from it.

    Put the navigation menu on the top.

    What you need to do is stick your navigation at the top so people can get to the pages they want.

    add more pictures and really show of the product.

    Move the adsense down the page and break it up a bit.

    Get an optin box top right and right a free report on how to pick the best type of shoe give that away for free to build your list.
