Hi fellow WF family... I am deciding between starting with a DBA or going straight to a LLC just incase if someone decides to take my name. Anyway I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a difference come tax time between a DBA and an LLC?
Like will I have to pay more taxes if I'm a LLC as opposed to a DBA?

Thanks guys!

This is not the place to seek legal advice. Consult a lawyer. They will even answer that question for free. (you can find one)

The answer varies according to where you live. Naturally, legal and accounting issues vary hugely from country to country. In America, they can vary a lot from state to state, too.

Neither your post nor your profile gives a location, so how can anyone possibly advise you?

But in any case, as mentioned above, this forum really isn't the place to ask for or to take legal or accounting advice: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...al-advice.html

My apologies. I was not aware of the rules.
