how to create a site that i can put members area,log in to facebook, sign up,log out? I don't know how to do it.I am creating a site for cpa offers. Anyway do you know a cpa network in the philippines?.

I have this plan but i don't know it will work. create a site that give raffle promo everyday that sign up for a freebie. if i get 50 in my cpa network ill give the 20 or 30 % everyday to my members that will win prizes. example win 200 pesos load just to sign up for this offer. I am relying to create a site for free because i don't have enough money yet and i don't have a bank account to verify my paypal. we filipinos love freebie so its my chance to monetize it. Do you think my plan is good?. And also i will create a facebook fanpage so that my members actually easy to share my site.

    First you need to get a developer id, from the page at this address (after you login in facebook):
    https://developers.facebook.com/apps/

    Click "Register as a developer", then you need to confirm your phone number.
    Then, you should know javascript, or php to apply the code and explanations from the Facebook developer app.
