Anyone know what is going on with MyReviewPlugin support? I went to open a ticket and the link is going to an Internal Server Error.

    Maybe the server is down temporarily or rebooting the server, most sites go through that.

      Totally understand that but it's been about 4 days so wasn't sure if something else was going on.

          I am also experiencing the same issue. The plugin is not working and the support ticket system is not working also. I also sent an PM to the owner. It is a great plugin and I hope the owner responds.

            Sent him an email nearly a month ago and never heard back. Support is still down. Shame because it is a really good plugin but lack of any support at all isn't good.

                Any Update on this?

                I just ran into the same problem with support system not working, so it looks like this is not a temporary issue. I met the developer as a helpful person, responding quickly in the past so this seems strange to me.

                Anyone got in touch with him since this thread was started?

                  Guys I have no ideas where the owner is or why the support tickets are not being answered. I hope all is well, I have had nothing but stellar support from Mark (the owner) and his team in the past. I didn't even know any of these issues until someone PMed me to ask if support was down.

                  In the past, I never had more than 24 hours go by without a response from MyRP support system.

                  I have myself opened two support tickets but haven't heard back yet. One opened today.

                  I will report back if I have any updates.

    I realize this is an old thread, but...I just had a sale of MRP a week or so ago, and can't contact Mark! I tried in December and and several time recently, because...the affiliate commission on MRP is supposed to be 35%. At Avangate it is 1%. I contacted them in Dec '12, and they said he would have to change it, not them. I got no response then or now. What a rip! I really wonder if the guy has passed away, but even if he had, didn't he have a staff? And who gets that money, if there is no Mark? It has to be being deposited or mailed somewhere.

    The site is still taking orders so someone is collecting the money. Maybe Avangate should be notified that the product has been abandoned ...

    Support is non-existant. Wrote in a few months ago and never heard back.
    The plugin needs an overhaul codewise. High-performance hosting companies have its usage banned because it is poorly coded thus slowing your site down.
