I am trying to purchase the $0.99 domain but system prompted me with the following:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process your purchase using this form of payment. Please utilize another form of payment,

The payment method that I am using is through credit card (using my existing account). Anyone has any idea whether there is such restriction?
