Hi I am looking for outsourcing can anyone suggest the best place to bulk articles written and a bit of website tweaking stuff. If its in Asia I am fine with that but need good workers.

Use Odesk and Elance, find an agency that can keep with a high volume should you have one.

Check out Virtual Staff Finder.

It's a paid "matchmaking" service for VA's. It will cost you more upfront than oDesk or eLance, but it will save you a ton of time prospecting potential VA's. If you've never hired a VA before, this is a great way to get your feet wet. They'll find, interview, and vet potential VA's before you meet with them...totally worth it.
