Good Shared Proxies
I had a decent source for private proxies but I need some semi-private (shared) ones for some other projects I was working on that didn't require private (expensive) proxies but still needed some that weren't abused to heck.
For anyone else in the same boat try Buy Shared Proxies, only $0.50 each! Shared Max 10 Users (regular link, not an affiliate) They are good and cheap and work. Be careful with some sites or applications though as they can flag them if you use them too much or too often.
