Offline Marketing Tips and Methods and Course and Everything you might think about ;)

Hey guys,

I'm planning to go offline pretty soon and I'd like to know what kind of course are on the market right now (WSO or other) for me to instruct myself before I jump in it.

Here are the things I want to do :

- Web Design, I have 2 full time seller that will do cold-calling for me + 2-3 full time designers
- Internet Marketing Consulting, installation of Opt-In forms, social marketing campaign creation, etc..
- Software creation, again here, I have my 2 full time coder working for me for that part
- Website creation, of any kind, social networks to membership site, etc..

I'd like to know more on method to apply to projects, cold calling infos, prices to apply, type of contract to apply and offer, technical stuff.

I have been doing this for a couple of months now but never in a bigger scale, I want to hit the bank with this now and take the market here in Quebec + everywhere else later on

If anyone has tips, good links, e-course and stuff like that, I'm taking them all. Thank you
