Can this be split tested?

INTERNET MARKETING

Is it possible to split test a domain? In other words, if I have an HTML website and a Wordpress website can I have them both on the same domain name and split the traffic to them to see which one gets more?

You can do it, but what is the idea? To see if simple HTML code is better than Wordpress?

  I want to see which site gets a better response, keeps visitors on it longer, more sales, etc.

Vinny, yes you can split test this way. I've done it. You might have to set up a redirect in Wordpress to point to the HTML page. Otherwise, it should work fine with Google Analytics.
