Questions on Linking To My Squeeze Page. Confused! Please Help!

Hi fellow warriors,

I'm trying to set up some pages for my blog soon. I think I know what to do but still need someone to provide specific directions for me.

So right now, my thinking is I'll be having sort of a presell page on the front page of my blog. This will be a static page. Here it states the bonus they'll be getting if they purchase through my link and the instructions that they would have to follow if they want to claim this bonus. My bonus is a relevant e-course.

So when they buy through my link, I'll have to manually verify this and then I'll send them a link to a squeeze page/ opt-in form for them to access their ecourse.

My question is I'm not sure how do I set up this page?
As a sub-domain or a sub-folder?
And in either case can someone show me how to do so?
Can I use it off of my blog's domain or do I need to use another domain? (my thinking here is this is a blog, not a regular website)
And since this is a bonus, the page name need to be unique also eg bonus189045abhgh - ABC Search right? (my thinking here is to prevent hackers from getting to this page without buying through my link first)

Hope somebody can shed some light in this area.
