Amazon "Add to Cart" advanced button issue

For the advanced Add to Cart button, whenever I click on it I get the following:


"Please confirm that you want to add the item(s) listed below to your cart."


So the product doesn't automatically gets added into the shopping cart.
I am following the instructions here:

Am I missing someting?

      I purchased your guide a couple of days ago. So is this how have your Add to Cart setup? With the confirmation? And does this really outperforms a direct link to Amazon?

    Yea, that is something I don't like about the Add to Cart from the amazon api. The users need to click Confirm on Amazon and if they click the amazon link below and end up on the main site and make any purchases you won't get any credit for the sale.

    All my amazon stores I just enable the Direct link to Amazon. Amazon spends millions on research on what people want, how to sell to someone and get them to buy =), so get the user to amazon store asap and let amazon sell them related items or whatever they think the user will want to buy.

    I use my own RSME plugin to create my reviews. It gives me 8 different review templates to choose from. Some of them use the integrated add-to-cart functionality and some do not. I've never done any extensive testing one way or the other so I couldn't say authoritatively if there is a significant difference.

    Hate to distract from the original question, but does anyone here happen to know how to make Amazon Payments buttons that DO NOT have the download URL in the button code, for digital products? Thanks in advance.
