What would you call this type of web design?

I don't know what type of the design this is, but I would recommend you hiring a good designer/developer for your project..if he's good, he can create you your own template looking similar.. beter then to buy template that many people probably are using already..

There are exactly clones of Adfly that are written in PHP. Just by the clone and use the design. https://www.google.com/search?q=url+shortener+scripts

I can download the raw design without a problem, I just need the name of the web design style is all :confused:

  I would consider it either web 2.0 and it's of course a SAAS-type template (software as a service). I suggested looking for clone scripts because it's easier to buy them and use their design legally. You could of course base one off adfly's design by ripping their code and rewriting it, but it seems easier to use someone else's who has already rewritten the code for the design.

This is your typical corporate design you can find anyplace even as a free theme in the Wordpress depository. The rest is what a designer would put together for you. There is nothing spectacular or unique about this template.

It is html 5. Just look at the source code and the first line is the html 5 give away, <!DOCTYPE html>

Well, the design can be developed using any technology, but if you really want to know about the technology that has been used. Then you can use this online tool called BuiltWith - BuiltWith Technology Lookup, which i found few years back.

Its basically a technology lookup website which helps you to know the breakdown of all the technologies used in a website in terms of framework, javascript libraries, document info, server info, encoding and much more..
