Cover Action Pro is the best, unless you are very skilled in photoshop and can create the graphics from scratch. But for a quick and easy solution Cover Action Pro works best. Just a basic knowledge of Photoshop is really all that is required to use CAP. You can find them at Cover Action Pro® - eBook Cover Software. Just watch the Video Tour on the site and it will give you the general idea of how they work.

I use eCover Generator and eCover Studio but both are ancient...like 10 years old...not even sure if they even sell them any more...I've heard nothing but good things for Cover Action Pro though...

I use Fiverr LOL!

There's a guy on there under the name of RROXX who does ebook covers in various formats, and also banners etc. His work is fantastic! Check him out if you dont want to do it yourself...
