Integrating AWeber or GetResponse with WordPress User Registration

Hello fellow warriors,

We are two friendS building a free online sales graphic generator(one with nice graphics  ) that the user will be able to edit the graphics on the go and download them so they can be used everywhere needed.

What i'm looking for is to create a list for this specific product where as soon as the visitor signs up and confirms his/her subscription to the list have an account created automatically(using the name & the email he used for the opt-in form along with a randomly generated password) to a wordpress site where he will be able to access the graphics generator.

Are there any readymade tools that can achieve this with AWeber or GetResponse ? Or do i have to develop this from scratch ? My day job is being a developer so creating this from scratch wouldn't be an issue but i prefer working on the actual product if something like this already exists.

Please advice,
Stelios D

All the "integrations" concerning WP and Aweber that I've ever heard about work exactly the opposite way: when registering with WP they get added to an Aweber list.

If you can develop one - you may have a winner product
(remember: you heard it from me, LOL)

      Hi Istvan,

I want it this way instead of the opposite because i need the users to confirm the aweber subscription before giving them access to the generator and it would also be less steps for them to have everything up & running.

I might don't have to develop this from scratch i just found a tool that might does the job...i will let you know if it is indeed what we are talking about.

      Cheers,

digitalaccesspass.com is the only tool I know of that can do that. I've used it for years and am very happy with it.

      Hi Phil,

do you know if DAP sends/creates the wordpress user account information after the aweber subscription confirmation or does the user can register and login even if he haven't confirm his subscription to AWeber ?

Wishlist seems to do what i need as well but again i have the same question for it as DAP.

All you need is a membership script for this such as DAP.

That's what I use for Woprdpress membership sites.

If you are giving people free access then DAP will send their login details to the email address they use. At the same time you ca have hem added to your autoresponder but you can't make a membership site only send the login details once confirmed -- that won't work as far as I know since that would mean communication back and forth between the autoresponder and membership script.

The other (better) option is to just charge $1 or something small for access. That way you are getting people's real details.

P.S. There are already a few of these free tools around:
