Random Yahoo email password hassle
I got an email from a friend the other day with a random link in the body of the email - nothing else. It looked like a hack issue. I responded with - 'you may want to change your password - looks like you've been hacked'.
Today she called and said ever since she changed the password this happens:
Smartphone access to email works fine.
Desktop access to same email account with new password works first time ONLY. After she logs out of email on desktop, the next time she logs into email from desktop it will not work. (pw not recognized)
It's a major pain since she has both work and personal emails routing to Yahoo email.
Any ideas?
