That's a pretty nice idea I was happy just to share the fruits of my labour with other hard working marketers on the WF.

I have been sifting through tons of crap trying to find a list 1/2 as extensive as this. I too may want to use this in a future post elsewhere, and I would presume the same applies - as I will link back to this thread!

Thank you for sharing this. compared with getty image which is seriously expensive, this site give out pretty much various selection for the category. the picture is free to use and maybe we can stumble a quality one if we search it for good. I should begin my search for my niche site right now.

Maybe the OP just added it for drammatic effect, but if I see someone telling me how to "legally steal" I ignore what they're saying as they sound like a thief.

totallyfreeimages has been a great help for my site, you can find many quality photograph work being displayed on the page. Everything in here is free, just pick what you like, and if you like what you see, just click the picture and then download it (the download button is in the top left page).

I agree with travlinguy that this would make a great special report!

Everyone on many sites are mentioning how stock photos are so expensive, but are unsure where to get quality free images that won't get them sued. Your list should greatly help with that! Thanks again for providing the links!

I am using many image source site to update my Tumblr blog post, but there two place that is become my favorite site to get royalty free image: clker and freedigitalphotos I am using both of them frequently because they have many unique image content that other don't have. clker is for clip art, and freedigitalphotos is for specific tagged image.

Nice list. I didn't see Wikimedia Commons on it so there's another great source.

A word of caution: With any of the sites where users can upload images, you still have to be careful. Some people upload images they have no right to upload.

I use sxc.hu for getting free images. You can also get free images by using creative commons images at Flicker and various other similar sites.

It's called free digital photos and until now it's the best source I found.
