Clickbank have very bad support?

I want get clickbank payment by wire transfer and about this I sent support ticket 5 times at last 30 day but they don't sent me any answer.

how can I contact them?

Unfortunately no one can help you with this but Clickbank.

I have used their support in the past. It does tend to be quite slow.

If you mention they haven't responded to 5 requests I am sure they will want to get it resolved quickly.

  It's been slow since some years ago. clickbank seriously need to improve their customer support and they need to hire more customer support service. I suggest you to keep pestering them to ensure you are included on the 20% problem that needs to be done. They will prioritize you that way.

I think the parent company of clickbank has a number you can call for legal and press related issues. I'm not sure if it will help but its a start right? 208.345.4245
