Keep an eye on your profile page

I've noticed a lot more "views" of my profile page lately. (around 30 views a day) Hopefully this is because of the useful advice I've been giving here. It may also be because of my "abrupt" approach.

In any case - be sure to keep an eye on your profile page. Make sure all of your contact details and website information are up to date.

People might be trying to get in touch or learn more about your offerings.

      I would guess that 2-3% of "viewers" turn into "stalkers" without any effort.

      But with an opt-in form and some video marketing, I'm sure Alexa could do better than 3%.

    Yup, this is good advice. I know that when I see some people's posts I go to their profiles because:

    a) they've made an awesome post and I'd like to see more of the same

    b) I've seen a few of their posts on the forum and would like to get more info about them

    or c) I've been unimpressed by their post so I'm curious to see if it's a one-off or if they make habit of being a douche

    I notice that my views usually go up quicker when I've spent some time posting. Hopefully in my case it's for reasons "a" and "b" rather than "c"

    But yes, it's important to make sure your details are all present and correct. It would be unfortunate to have so much potential traffic that's not getting further than your profile page
