Help chose the domain name for my classifieds website

I live in Malawi (Africa) and already set up a classifieds website, design wise.
I created a news website in December last year hoping to get Adsense money but it looks like nobody is bidding in adwords for what is happening in this country.

Now I want to start a classifieds website and need your help choosing a name, at least there I can get some cash helping people sell their cars, houses and at the same time let other people advertise their stuffs (anything) for free on my website.

I got myself up to 13.000 likes on my facebook page with people more than 90% from or related to this country for my news website, I will knock doors out just to get companies and private people to sell on my website.

I know everything is very hard, you can remind me that if you wish but I really need your help on chosing the domain name.

Here are my ideas on the name, all in .com:

1. MalawiClassifieds
2. MalawiAds
3. MalawiBusiness
4. MakeKwacha (Kwacha is the Malawi currency)
5. MalawiList

Or please suggest anything else.

I'd love to discuss with you warriors best ways too to monetize it even if the posting ads will be free, I have adsense and know about Featured items plan, when the website is populated with ads and visitors.

    I wouldn't be using a .com for this, I think.

    I think I'd want this business to be run on a .mw domain-name and hosted inside Malawi as well.

    I'd buy the .com too, just protectively, and redirect it to the .mw or the .com.mw that I'm using for the business.


    PS If the name "malawibusiness.com" is really available to register, I think you should perhaps register it before someone else does, whether you're planning to use it or not. I'd probably pay reg-fee for that one, myself.

    Thank you Jaksarloks for that insight, being short I also thought of MalawiAds but I should also thank WillR for the list of new names, MalawiPost and MalawiPage. I had MalawiMarket on my previous list too.
    BuySellMalawi say it all, I hope it's also SEO friendly.

    My choice after your suggestions stand on:
    MalawiAds and MalawiMarket.

    More suggestions won't hurt

    MalawiAds and MalawiBusiness are taken on .com checked the websites and they are not even alexa ranked yet...

    About the location of the server, I don't think they'd have one here to use, I doubt, I use Bravenet in US, or can I just buy a .mw from anywhere? (No idea how it works) I just learned .com is the best for domain names

      I have one UK-specific niche. For that niche, I use a .co.uk domain-name and I have the site hosted inside the UK. I didn't, originally, because I didn't know how important it was, but I switched when I found out, and (as some others have said, here, in various threads) it made a big difference to me. If you want SEO traffic, and to rank well on Google searches made inside your country, these things can be important.

      For "general international sites", yes, .com is probably much better. But you're talking about a national site, I think, not an international one?

    OK, just found where to buy a .mw domain name, I cannot start by overspending, they are selling for $100 a year and $50 renewal thereafter. .mw ccTLD registry Malawi top level domain tld

    MalawiMarket or MalawiList?

    Priority > car sales, houses for rent and for sale; And to populate the site, mobile phones and computers plus women clothing and make up.

    I will come back when the site is live but I will have to fill it with plenty ads before I start putting it out to everyone in the community


    Please suggest... and better why

    You're putting all this time to create a classified ads site, why do you limit yourself to certain areas? just create one for the whole world to see and to use.

    Post an ad to FeeAdsTime.com in major cities such as Chicago Classifieds, San Diego Classifieds and Los Angeles Classifieds.

      Yes, I started building it some 3 days ago, spent 2 weeks looking for a designer to find out that I could do it myself. I had the idea long time but was still busy on other projects, I just purchased a domain name and will hopefully be live by tomorrow.
      It's a good idea to offer classifieds all over the place but I'm thinking of monetizing locally first.

    I like MalawiClassifieds and MalawiBusiness personally.

    I hope that you're going to do your due diligence on the market this time, instead of building a site, and hoping for visitors. Is there a market out there to pay for your classifieds, and if so, how do you know?

    Your Facebook page doesn't really mean anything, unless of course you ask if there are business people out there who would be willing to pay for advertising space, and what traffic they're looking for...
