    I literally spent days on this a few months ago and ended up buying something called "AllMusicConverterPro" that will convert just about anything to anything else. very handy tool and also helpful if you want to convert your itunes library.

    well, as for me, i have used iwisoft swf to avi converter for quite a long time, it has good conversion quality and easy to use. you can have a try.

      Yeah, I have used that as well but I prefer Camtasia since it is the easiest and the quality is better in my opinion.
