I need some Fiverr help

Hello Everyone,

As the title say, I need some Fiverr help. 16 days before I got an order in Fiverr to publish a guest post on my site. I have immediately published the post and given the link to the customer. After sometime order was marked completed but the amount of that order is still showing clearing and not yet cleared. Can anyone tell me how long it might take to clear the order? If the order still not clears up then how can I contact Fiverr. What is the way to call Fiverr customer support? Please help.

    Fiverr holds all payments for 20 days (I believe it's 20) to make sure there's no fraud involved, has it been 20 days since marked complete?

      What everyone else said plus....

      You can always contact their customer support by scrolling to the bottom and clicking on "Fiverr Customer Support" (Press Ctrl+F and search for customer support---Faster).

      There you can always check out their FAQ's and submit tickets.

      Hope you get more orders to worry about (meaning I hope you make money) sooner than later.

    Fiverr withholds the amount for 14 days after order gets marked complete. But since you said it has already been over 15 days, you should contact their customer support.

    your buyer order 16 days ago, how long your deliver the work ?, let's assume you deliver it in 2 days, and your buyer mark the order as complete in 2 days, then you should wait : 2 + 2 + 14 = 18 days. since it only 16 days ago, you should wait for another 2 days.
