Best Software for Mind Maps

Hi

What is the best software to use for creating mind maps? I'm looking to create one for a project and also want to convert it to a pdf. I tried Excel for the mindmap, which is easy, but when saving it as pdf excel places a grid through the print area and it gets split up into pages in the pdf which not only looks rubbish but it is not a mind map anymore.

iMindmap is pretty good, I have the app for my iPhone...it is a bit fiddly to use on a phone but handy to have it with me at all times.

Freemind is pretty standard. If you are willing to spend a little dough, I would suggest Mindview. It is a pretty powerful tool.
