Yes you can speed up the process if you give them a call. Play stupid and confused also try and request the transaction rate of 2.9%. It just depends who you get on the phone. It seems to speed up the process to about a week for me if I call.

Actually It depend on lots of fact like if your website completely comply with 2checkout Merchant guidelines, then it usually takes 2 to 3 Business Days to set up your seller account. Otherwise they will tell you to make the changes in your site like refund policy, terms etc.

    Don't like them..

They shutdown my account some years ago without any notice.

Check their terms & conditions and make sure you comply.

However, most of us marketers don't comply to their terms...

    Some examples...

    - Remote Access Services / Technical Support
    website setup and support services

    - "Up-Sell" Sellers
    Most marketers offer upsells

    - Offering a Free Gift, Prize or Contest/Sweepstakes entry as an inducement to purchase their product or service
The squeeze page optin then upsell that marketers regularly use "can" fall in this category

    - Multi-Level Marketing Companies
One of my friends got shutdown by 2checkout because he was offering coaching services and 2checkout saw it as multi-level marketing because he was selling information to another person, who is then supposed to use that information to create a business that sells information to other people, and so on

    - "Get-rich-quick" schemes
If you are in internet marketing you most likely teach ways to increase profits.. You can fall in this category.

    Cheers,

    Gary
