Anyone here using Cloudflare? I signed up recently but there support appears to be dreadful i.e. non existent.

I wouldn't mind so much but i'm a paying customer - how anyone in the web hosting industry hopes to flourish without top notch customer service is beyond reason.

Usually can take up to 24 hours to get an answer, but you may want to take in consideration that CloudFlare is a free service.

Basic cloudflare, which most of the people use, it's free. I assume that you have the PRO version.

It's a great service. I use it daily (the free one).

What don't you just call them? 888.99.FLARE

It's not technically for tech support, but their sales team may be able to get a ticket escalated.

Did you sign up on your own or are you activated through a hosting partner? We have no issues at all getting in touch with support for our customers..

Admittedly I use the free version so I would expect to be lower in the priority queue. However I did experience an issue once relating to an internal IP conflict (!) and my site was down. While 24 hours for a response is normally perhaps ok, it's not when your site is down. The irony is that I have seen endless reviews on the web that even paying members are getting sub-par support, which is a shame because it is a great product. Good luck getting it resolved.

While this is an older post, I did want to hop in and apologize. Our support coverage is almost at 24/7 now, so you shouldn't expect long delays in getting at least a first response from someone on the team (we recently opened an office in the UK as well & now have additional coverage outside of USA working hours).

Priority support is provided to Business and Enterprise customers first, then Pro & then free.

    Sorry about the bad experience.
