How to write a contract for renting out my ad space? Please help!

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to write a contract for renting out my ad space on my site. I have someone interested in paying a monthly fee to put their banner ad on my homepage. Can anyone help me with this please?

I think your over thinking. No need for a contract. Set up a reoccurring PayPal payment and if he cancels remove his banner.

What brutecky said. Verbal agreement is good enough; if he doesn't pay you can kill him. I mean- kill his ad.
