is it allowed to sell active social networking website on Flippa ??

I do run couple of community websites and wish to sell them on flippa. the question I have is what shall i do of 7000+ users present on my community ?? shall i delete all accounts when i flip it or leave it as it is ?

    Yes, you can sell an active membership site on Flippa. You won't have to close down the accounts when you sell -- in fact, if these are active accounts, closing them will severely lower the site's value, and the buyer may no longer be interested.
