E-bay problem, please help...

Hi,

I listed Facebook likes listing at ebay but very next day my listing was removed due to violation of TOI of ebay. They said that selling facebook likes is not allowed. Thou other sellers at ebay selling facebook likes hapily. I had contacted ebay but not recieved any answer. Now what to do? How to sell facebook likes at ebay and no violate rules?

I want to ask one more question. If I list video testimonial listing at ebay and provide customer video download link via ebay messaging system, Is that OK. Or I have to ship video to customer? I am Indian new in this field so it will be very hard to ship video. If I give link for download then what type of shipping option should I select so that there will be no problem.

Please give me guidance on these issue

    You can't sale downloadable products.
    Have to be done with a CD or DVD.
    You can use the service of "Kunaki" or "E-Junkie"
    last but not least, go to www.jimcockrum dot com
    and ask him the same question.
    He's the best authority about ebay.

    Yes if you use Kunaki they will create products on demand for you and ship them for you. You just have to sell it and give them the address.

    But Ebay doesn't allow downloadable products to be sold anymore. It has to be physical. If they're still selling likes, maybe it comes with a physical thing?

    Before, Some of my digital products were removed from ebay as well, while some remained there. I guess its a matter of luck. If you get caught, then you're unlucky. I can still see a lot of people selling digital goods as well as services.

    I agree with Meharis and Marc, I contacted Kunaki before if I can use their service for delivering my digital goods to other people. They said YES. So from that day on, instead of putting "PDF" or "MP4" on my sales page in ebay, I instead write "CD-ROM" on the format. In that case, whenever I get to sell my product, I would contact my buyer and ask if he/she still wants to wait for the CD because I can just send it to him/her through e-mail right at this moment.

      Yes, that's how it works. Some seller they do not even ask. They just send the download link and telling the buyer: "I have send you the link so you can enjoy your product immediately. If you still want it on CD, then please let me know!"
